International Orders

How are international orders handled?
1. All orders for delivery outside the United States must have matching Bill-to and Ship-to addresses.

2. All international orders have a shipping charge. "Free Shipping" promotions are only for orders shipped within the United States.

What is your warranty?
Most of our manufacturers offer a one year warranty. Please check the “Info” tab for warranty information on each manufacturer.


Cancellation

How do I cancel my order?
Email us at: Service@SunglassesGiant.com. Include the word “Cancel” and your order number in the subject line. We will cancel your order and confirm the cancellation by email.


Repair

Can I send my sunglasses to you for repair?
We do not repair sunglasses. Click on Warranty in the “Info” tab for contact information on the manufacturer. They can direct you to a repair service.


Credit Cards

What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not accept international credit cards.



When do you charge my credit card?
We do not charge your credit card until the order ships.


Orders

What is the status of my order?

I have a question about a specific product?
All of the information we have is on our web site. We have no additional information.



Is my product in-stock?
Most of our products are in-stock. If we sell out of the item you ordered, we will notify you by email.



Can I pick up my order?
No. All orders are shipped from a central warehouse. You cannot pick up your order from our retail stores or warehouse.

We ship Oakley products only to the 50 United States.


Shipping

What method do you use for shipping?
UPS Ground and US Postal Ground, depending upon your location.



How long will shipping take?
You should have your order within 10 days. If an item is out-of-stock, we will notify you by email.



Can I pay for faster shipping?
No. We offer only UPS or Postal Ground at this time.



Can I ship to an address that’s different from my Bill-to?
Yes, if the order is shipped within the United States.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return the product within 10 days for a full refund minus a $4.95 restocking fee. If you order a replacement item, the stocking fee is waived. The cost of Return postage is your responsibility. Please check the “Info” tab for return address and complete details.
